Our Partners/Managers
Mr. Joe Tan (CPA, MPA, BA(NUS)) is the Principal Partner of the firm. He is a registered Company Auditor with Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA). He is a member of the CPA Australia as well as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He holds a Master of Practising Accounting from the Monash University. Joe has more than 15 years of accounting, auditing and financial experiences in listed companies, MNC, international firms as well as in Public Service.
Mr. Tan Kee Seng (FAIA ATTS), Company Secretary, is a Fellow of Association of International Accountants. He has been in practice for more than 30 years specialising in corporate secretarial and tax matters.
Joanna Cheong - Corporate Secretarial / Tax Senior Manager. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Victoria University in Australia. She has more than 10 years of experience in the tax, accounting and corporate secretarial field. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a manager in many international and local banks.
Jenny Bi (CPA, FCCA, MBA) is an Audit Partner. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). She is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Jenny has more than 15 years of wide range of professional experience both from her tenure in the profession and employment in commerce. She has garnered invaluable experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) assignments for Chinese companies seeking listing in Singapore when she was working with an international accounting firm.
Prior to joining the firm, she was the Group Financial Controller with a group company listed on the main board of Singapore Exchange.
Natalia Ong - Audit Manager. She holds an Accounting degree from the Jakarta University. Prior to joining the Firm, she has more than 10 years of audit experience in one of the Big Four firms in Jakarta and a medium sized firm in Singapore. Natalia has experiences in auditing Public listed companies, multi-national companies ("MNC") as well as small medium enterprises ("SME"). She handles a varied audit portfolio ranging from trading, servicing, manufacturing and construction.
Doreen Yip - Executive Director. She is responsible for the clients' accounts which have outsourced to the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, She has 20 years experience in an MNC, responsible for all accounting and finance functions for 9 countries in Asia Pacific. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia as well as holding a Master of Business (Accounting) from Monash University.
